Manufacturer Description

The Metal Man M190 is a 230-volt input, 190-amp DC output wire feed welder for both flux core and solid wires to weld materials from 22 gauge to 5/16". Economical and easy to use, it requires no shielding gas with flux core wires and and welds mild steel materials with .030" or .035" flux core wires. It can weld mild steel with .023", .030", and .035" wires, stainless steel with .030" and .035" wires, and aluminum with .030" and .035" wires, with appropriate shielding gases. Features 6 voltage ranges, set up chart, cooling fan, trigger activated arc, overload protection, a 6-foot MIG gun with Tweco style series 11 replacement parts, and 6-foot ground cable and clamp. Specifications incluce 35V no load voltage, 30-190 amps output, 15% duty cycle at 145 amps, and a weight of about 61 lbs. Includes regulator, gas hose, extra contact tips and 8" spool adapter.
